§ 20-56. Suspension of permits.

Latest version.

A permit issued under this article or its predecessor may be suspended or revoked under the procedure set forth in this article for any of the following reasons:
(1)

Violation of State law;

(2)

Violation of this article;

(3)

Violation of the rules and regulations adopted pursuant to this article; or

(4)

Upon recommendation by the Health Officer.
