§ 20-32. Fees.

Latest version.

The County shall, by annual resolution of the Board of Supervisors, adopt health service fees to be paid by the proprietor or operator of the applicable business. Such fees are to be paid directly to the health department and retained by the department as reimbursement for said services related to this article.
